Currently conducting Operations and Maintenance Analysis and Strategy development for the 747-megawatt Tiwi-Makban geothermal power facilities. The complex is composed of the 289-MW Tiwi plants in Albay and the 458-MW Makban facilities in Laguna and Batangas, Philippines.  Currently conducting maintenance analysis to determine how the operations and maintenance organizations performs; what are the areas where the organizational structure, performance and practices can be improved.

Planned Maintenance Optimization for Shell Malampaya off shore gas production platform; complete maintenance task analysis / review and SAP implementation of all primary and support trades.  Working with platform trades personnel and relevant technical authorities created revised maintenance policies for all assets.   

(POWER, OIL and GAS, TRANSPORTATION, MINING) Reliability Manager, SKF Bearings, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia  (1999-2004)

Responsible for (standardization) reliability development of Maintenance Services for 14 Asian Countries. Primary responsibilities involved the development of maintenance services standards (ASNT-TC-1A) which included Personnel Qualifications, Routine Services, Diagnostic Services, Acceptance Services, and Audit Processes. Provided total Advanced Maintenance Services for Three Combined Cycle Facilities, and Four Central Plant Facilities. Implemented and Maintained Maintenance Management and Predictive Operations / Maintenance Systems, Provided Steam / Gas Turbine Outage Coordination, and Provided Analytical Field Services on Critical Facility Machinery.
